How do I know which items are available for purchase?

Many of our items are vintage and available in limited quantities. We do our best to keep our website updated. Items marked "SOLD" are generally not available at this time. The way to be sure is to e-mail Sue and ask.

How may I pay for my Doughboy order after I determine it is available?

We prefer PayPal funds or Money Orders. You may pay with a personal check, but there will be a delay in shipping until the check clears. We are not set up to accept credit card payments directly, however, you may be able to pay with a credit card through PayPal. Payment information

Will you hold an item for me?

Since many of our items are in limited supply, and there are other buyers, especially for the rare, discontinued, and vintage items, you must let us know if you intend to purchase an item. Then payment must be received within 7 days.

How are my Doughboy articles shipped?

Most items are shipped using USPS Priority Mail. Delivery time is usually 2 to 3 days in the US. Some heavier items, or those going outside the US may be shipped using UPS.

I've had bad luck with items I bought online from eBay getting broken during shipping. Will this happen if I order from you?

We've had experience shipping hundreds of Doughboy items each year for several years now. Though there will be the rare exception, we have a very good record of orders arriving without breakage. Most breakable objects are double boxed. See customer comments below.

Do you buy Doughboy items?

We are always looking for items to replenish our collection. We prefer to purchase collections in locations where we can pick them up.

Can you send me a catalog?

Because of our constantly changing inventory of items, printing a catalog is not feasible.

What is your return policy?

Items may be returned if not as described. Refund will be given for the item only, after it is returned in original condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost. To avoid having to return an item, please ask questions before making a purchase.
